Colonial Press is proud to offer a "New Movers Direct
Mail Program" available no where else in this form. Your company can
be one of the first to welcome its newest neighbors to the neighborhood. Our New Movers list process has only been
available to businesses for less than a year. The largest companies were
the first to take advantage of this valuable information. Now you can use this tool in its community outreach program.
Why is this product different? New movers
list up until this product should have been called "recent movers
list" as by the time the information was ready for direct mail the
information was already several weeks old.
How is our list
different? The address information we receive is ready for the mail no
longer than 24 to 48 hours after the notification of a new mover is
available. This is a powerful tool for your company. You can have your
message in front of the head of the house before anyone else in the
neighborhood. We can identify your company's location on your mail piece
along with your phone number.
How does the New Movers Direct Mail Program work? Your
company commits to the program for a period of time
usually in 3 month increments. You
either send us your design and message to our FTP site or we can help you with the design.
We provide you a choice of U.S. postal approved size formats. You also need to tell us your
business location and the radius in distance around your location that you
consider your neighborhood. We then provide you with a projected count
for each weeks mail drop. Your message is mailed 1st class every week thus guaranteeing
that your message will be in the new neighbors mailbox usually within a week of
their change of address. We also will provide you with a phone number and
name for each new mover so you or one of your parishioners can call and
welcome the new mover to the neighborhood.
How
much does this cost? It depends on how many new movers you have in your
neighborhood but for a business that mails 100 pieces for 12 weeks, the cost should be around
$?.?? per mailed piece. That is all
inclusive (except for design). Colonial's New Movers List is CASS
Certified, with full color printing, personalized imaging, first class
mail, phone number, name, and mail records weekly.
